Children will learn physical and emotional balance through a heart-centered practice of yoga, poetry, art, meditation, and more.

A fun, dynamic class in which students are encouraged to make positive choices for themselves and develop a compassionate awareness for their bodies. Asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques) will encourage focus and ease in the mind and body. Some benefits teenagers might expect from this practice are better concentration/focus, decreased stress and anxiety, positive body image, improved sleep, and a sense of compassion for self and community.
