Vinyasa yoga is also known as “flow.” Often fast-paced and energetic, vinyasa classes build heat in the body as practitioners flow from one pose to the next, each movement initiated by an inhalation or exhalation of breath. Vinyasa offers an opportunity to explore the edge of your strength and stamina through awareness of your own body in a noncompetitive atmosphere.

Regardless of experience, age, gender, flexibility, or fitness, this Vinyasa flow is created for our growing community, with emphasis on you! Whether you are a 1st time yogi or an advanced yogi, you will be challenged, guided, and free to open your heart and go beyond physical and mental boundaries. Each pose allows you to be content in the present moment, yet challenges you to go further. Begin by entering a space of non-competitive nature both with yourself and with others. Allow this to redefine your limits while honoring your body. We encourage you to find ease and patience in your practice as you watch your body and mind open to new frontiers.

Energize your weekend with some fun vinyasa yoga led by two instructors! Here, you will move with your breath through a powerful sequence of flows and strengthening poses. Jessica and Aaron will give careful attention to your individual alignment – with many opportunities for adjustments – and allow you to intentionally and enjoyably expand your practice. The Friday flow is a great way to refresh your body and your mind.
Ease into your day with this slow vinyasa practice led by Hannah. Together, we will greet the morning with meditation, gentle backbends, hip-openers, and supine stretching. Feel awakening energy melt over you through pranayama, earth and sun salutations, spinal twists, and yoga nidra. Focusing on physical and mental relaxation within the poses allows us to restore our minds and renew our strength. Leave refreshed and ready to take on the world!

This class will help center and invigorate you and help prepare you to flow through the rest of your week. This power flow is designed to strengthen and build stamina physically and mentally. A simple but challenging class for students of all levels. Expect to open what’s tight, cultivate strength, flexibility and balance, and explore your edge, wherever that is. Options are offered for students according to their experience and physical needs. If you love hands-on assists, this is your class–deepening adjustments will be offered continuously throughout class to those who enjoy them. Laura’s touch has been described by students as “magical” and “healing” and is not to be missed.
vinyasa (go with the) flow
Vinyasa (go with the) Flow is challenging practice for beginners or more experienced yogis matching breath and movement. This class emphasizes building strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. You will be encouraged to meet and embrace your limits by rhythmically flowing through many different and exciting asanas (postures). This class is designed, like most yoga classes, to help you relax, but also energize you for the rest of your day. Be ready to build your inner fire and have fun doing it for 75 minutes!
Move slowly and naturally through a series of postures designed to fully stretch our muscles and connective tissues, while also inviting deep relaxation and improved breath capacity. Yin classes have less postures that we hold for upwards of 1-5 minutes per side in order to really open up and release.

Yoga for Skateboarders is an all levels yoga class specifically designed for the movements and balances associated with skateboarding, surfing, and/or snowboarding. This class focuses on strengthening the muscles necessary for balance, increasing the flexibility needed for falling off the board, and supporting overall muscle fatigue.
